Working As One
Youtube is such a fascinating phenomena.
On the surface, it's a communication or social media tool, allowing anyone to communicate to the masses. On a deeper level, it could actually change the world.

The Utube video is a wonderful reminder of where we could/should be heading as a nation if we would commit to focusing more on our humanity rather than our own individual wants and cravings.
Seems with a little effort we could be more inclusive, bringing people together rather than excluding them because they're not like us.
I'd be interested to know how this philosophy might work in business or how to bring more of it to the forefront of our work-a-day lives?
